Dearest Frequencies!

I hope you’ve been doing well and having an awesome 2013! I’ve been keeping real busy, living and loving life 🙂 The Frequency has big plans for a stellar 2013 and we are well on our way! We’ve been taking time the past 3 months to work on some new music. Mayu has begun playing Keys and Ukulele in the band and we’ve also been blessed with the presence of a great new guitar player, Richard Christner! I am so thankful and blessed by an amazing band and group of friends. The sound is really taking shape. TELL IT ON THE MOUNTAIN
I am honored to have been a part of this awesome independent documentary on the Pacific Crest Trail. I recently attended the premier in San Francisco, CA and it was such an epic film.
