Happy Holidays!  I hope you all are gearing up for a wonderful holiday season and finding your self surrounded with love and good cheer!  The Frequency and I are so super thankful for all your love and support.  What an awesome show this past Sunday at Russian River Brewery – We love all of you!! Awesome dancers!  Its been an amazing year for The Frequency, and we’re looking forward to an even better 2013 for all. We’ve got some great shows coming up before the new year and would love to have you join us for a show!  We’re in Oakland on Dec. 3rd, Milbrea on Dec. 7th and then San Francisco on Dec. 14th.  Then we will be taking some time  to work on some new tunes!  We’ll be performing again March, 2013.

Burr… its been super cold here in the SF Bay Area the past few days!  I’m enjoying the crisp bite in the air while gearing up for a few more shows this month and next, before buckling down to focus in on some quality holiday family time AND developing some new material with the band. We have a bunch of new songs brewing and can’t wait to share them with you. Stay tuned for a few samples coming soon!

The band and I would like to thank all of you for your love and support.  We recently enjoyed playing an awesome show at Brixx Pizzeria in Petaluma, CA where the fans were groovin super hard!  We had so much fun and thank all of you who came to  get down with us.  The place was off the hook!  We were also  honored to perform on Oct 13th  at Courthouse Square Downtown Santa Rosa in support of Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America’s annual Take Steps Be Heard Northbay Wine Country Walk. The walk was a HUGE success and it is such an inspiration to be apart of the cause!

This week we’re headed back down to the central coast to perform.  This Thursday Nov. 15th I will be prfroming live on KCPR 91.3 FM Cal Poly Radio in San Luis Obispo.  Mayu Kawata will be joining me in song on-air as well as with the trio on Friday night at Figueroa Mountain Brewing Company in Buellton.  They have super yummy micro brew and the friendliest staff ever!  Then we’re at Frog and Peach in San Luis Obispo on Nov 17th – also a great watering hole!

On Nov. 25 we’ll be back to play Russian River Brewing Company in Santa Rosa just after Thanksgiving, celebrating life and all we have to be thankful for!

As the Fall colors fade and Winter nears I wish you warmth and love.  A new year approaches – One that I trust will find you health and happiness.
